DOCS

In 2002, Dr. Batra and his colleague Dr. Michael Halls founded Doctors Offering Charitable Services (DOCS). DOCS members donate their medical skills to provide reconstructive surgery and continuing care to people with disfigurement due to injuries or medical conditions who would be unable to receive treatment otherwise.
